Small download digital images are emailed direct to you from the website within approximately 20 mins of you placing your order - please ensure your email address is correct and check your spam and junk folders if you do not see the email with the link in your inbox.
Large digital images are edited before emailing so please allow 48 hrs for them to be received in your inbox and again check spam and junk folders. Alternatively if you create an account rather than checking out as a guest you can then log straight back in and download from the website direct. This is perfect for gmail accounts. I do not use your information for anything other than contacting you should there be an issue with your order.
Please note that digital downloads are not refundable!
